For When You’re At The End Of Your Rope

I read a really great quote the other day from Franklin D. Roosevelt:
“When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on.”

With all of the frustration and negativity all around us, it’s easy to slip to the bottom of the rope, to feel like we’ve run out of patience or hope or belief.

But by now if you’ve been reading my material for a while, you should know, or at least have the idea, that things are only as you see them. Everything has a positive side and a negative side. Such is nature and life: there is always a push for a pull.

Search for the positive (forgive me if you’re sick of hearing that!). Chances are you’re sick of something. Not having enough money, not having the relationships you want, not having the body you want. So DO something about it…
